Antique hand-colored map of part of the third ward of Hudson, New York, from the Atlas of Columbia County, New York, by Beers, Ellis & Co. 1888. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest (e.g. Hudson Cemetery, Hudson Academy, St. Charles Hotel, etc.) Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some minor wrinkling of the paper, areas of minor soiling/staining, a couple spots of foxing, and a small tear at the bottom edge. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 23.25" to the neatline, with the map extending beyond the bottom neatline, creating a very tight margin there.
