Antique print published in The Illustrated London News on February 8, 1851. Black and white illustration shows people enjoying some leisure time on the water with the exhibition buildings in the background. The Great Exhibition of the Works of Industry of All Nations, also known as the Great Exhibition or the Crystal Palace Exhibition (in reference to the temporary structure in which it was held), was an international exhibition that took place in Hyde Park, London, from 1 May to 15 October 1851. Very good antique condition with a small tear at bottom, slight darkening along the center fold, red stamp, mild toning, a few other tiny spots/signs of age. Measures approx. 16 x 21.75 inches to the page edges.
