Antique print showing the southern part of Manhattan, with the rolling hills of Brooklyn in the distance, from 1821. Published in A Voyage to North America, and the West Indies in 1817 by Edouard de Montulé and published by Sir R. Phillips & Co. Sailboats populate New York Harbor and the church towers are the tallest buildings. Original hand-coloring. Very good condition with some small stains and wear at the paper edges. Measures approx. 4 x 6.5 inches to the neatline and 5.25 x 9 inches to the paper edges.
