Antique printed color map of London published by "Geographia" Ltd. c. 1936. Features buildings, gardens, public and important buildings labeled. This map was published before London was bombed in WWII and therefore includes those areas as they were. Also includes an index to principal public buildings and principal streets, a list of theatres, and a guide called "How to See London in a Few Hours." On the map are an inset map of Theatreland, and an inset of Cinemaland. Very good condition with some wear along the folds and at the fold intersections. This map was published as a folding map and includes a cover. The cover can be folded back for framing. Approx. 18.25 x 28 inches to the neatline and 20 x 30 inches to the sheet edges.
