Shows the revolutionary war event, the Battle of White Plains, with positions of the American and British armies from October 12 through 28, 1776. Drawn by Samuel Lewis from the original Surveys made by order of George Washington. Published by C. P. Wayne in Marshall's Life of Washington, 1807. Good to very good condition with very minor light image transfer, some repaired tears and paper loss at left side of center seam. Approx. 16.5 x 9 inches to the neatline. **SOLD**
