Antique hand colored map from "Gray's Atlas of the U.S. with General Maps of the World". Shows political boundaries of the time, cities, land forms, bodies of water, rivers, and islands. Includes an unexplored area in the center of the continent and two inset maps of the Delta of the Nile and the Island of St. Helena. Very good overall antique condition with minimal light spotting mostly outside border. Atlas' binding holes puncture the outer image on right side, as issued. Approx. 15 x 14 inches.
