Antique uncoloured nautical chart showing the coast of North Carolina, by US Coast & Geodetic Survey. Includes Cape Lookout. The chart says that it was made in 1888 and updated to 1896, however, this chart is a restrike. Restrikes are later prints made using the original printing plates, which means that they are a more authentic â ‚¬Å“reproductionâ ‚¬ than any other type. This restrike was probably made in the early to mid 20th century. Fair to good condition with some scattered stains along the left side. Strong strike. Approx. 40.25 x 32.25 inches to the neatline. **SOLD**
