Antique map of Europe by John Cary, 1806. An interesting map of Europe during the time of Napoleon. France has taken Belgium, the Netherlands, and Northern Italy. This is a British view of the current state of Europe in 1804. Map is in fair to good condition with mild foxing and significant uneven toning. Discoloration from matboard. Could be restored for an additional cost. Framed- mat board is not archival and should be changed. Otherwise frame is in fair condition. Map measures approx. 18 x 20.25 inches to the mat opening. Total dimensions including frame 24.75 x 26.5. Can be shipped without frame, which will reduce the cost of shipping, but map price remains the same.
