A note at the eastern end of the Niger River explains that some believe that the Niger is an \"arm of the Nile.\" This map is full of fascinating details and geographic information. Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning, some minor stains and tiny spots. Slight water stain in upper left corner.
