Very good antique condition with some wrinkling and toning, which are mainly concentrated at the outer edges of the paper, and a few spots of minor foxing\/staining, as well as some notes written in pencil by a previous owner. Very tight margin along the bottom of the page, with the map extending to the outer paper edge.
