Very good antique condition with some wrinkling and toning, which are mainly concentrated at the outer edges of the paper, and a few spots of minor foxing\/staining, as well as some mild seam separation at the top and bottom of the center fold. There are also a few notes written in pencil by a previous owner. Very tight margin at the left side, with the map extending nearly to the outer edge of the paper.
