Very good antique condition with some wrinkling and toning, which are mainly concentrated at the outer edges of the paper, and a few spots of minor foxing\/staining, as well as some minor seam separation at the top and bottom of the center fold. There are also a few notes written in pencil by a previous owner. Very tight margins at the top and bottom of the page, with the map extending to the outer edges of the paper.
