Center fold, as issued. Fair to Good condition with mild toning of the paper throughout, as well as staining and heavy edge wear with some paper loss along the bottom edge of the page, affecting the portion of the map which extends beyond the bottom neatline. Much of the damage could be hidden with a mat when framing. Measures approximately 20.25\" x 30.5\" to the neatline, with the map extending beyond the neatline at both sides and at one point at the bottom.
