The publication came out before the capitol building was finished, and in the text above makes a point of saying it will cost \"one million dollars\" in italicized font for emphasis. Good to very good antique condition with mild toning throughout and some minor staining along one outer edge, as well as mild edge wear with creasing in one corner of the paper and a small tear on one side.
