Antique hand colored map of Africa by H&FJ Huntington, from the Atlas Designed to Illustrate the Malte-Brun School Geography, by M. Malte-Brun, 1830. With Jibbel Kumri or Mountains of the Moon. No Lake Victoria. Large area that says "This region has not been explored; it is supposed to be an elevated desert." Good antique condition with a few small brown spots mostly in margin, outside border, 9.5 x 7.5 inches.
