Antique printed color double-sided sheet of Africa (Recto). Indicates the different European colonial possessions at that time (Map published in 1900). At the bottom of the map, outside of the neatlines, there is a reference which includes area, population, and list of chief cities (when applicable) for each country in Africa. Verso: (two maps) A map of Northwest Africa (Morocco, Algeria, and Tunis) and a map of Northeast Africa (Egypt, Abyssinia, Eritrea, and Egyptian Soudan). Both verso maps also include area population, and chief cities for each respective country (outside of the neatlines.) Very good condition with some slight toning at the edges of the pages.
