Antique hand colored map of north-western Ancient Africa, (mainly comprising modern-day Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya) written in Latin. Reference for scale is given in Roman Miles. Map is in very good condition with some toning/foxing of the paper. Map by Dr. Samuel Butler, published in An Atlas of Ancient Geography, 1838. Measures approximately 7.25" x 9.5" to the neatline.
