Antique hand colored maps from Mitchell's 1884 New General Atlas. The Centerfold map shows the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana, colored by county, showing political boundaries, cities, water bodies, as well as land features. Includes towns with names. On the back side is a map of Florida with an inset map of the tip of Florida with the Florida Keys on one side, and a map of New Orleans LA on the other side. This map is in very good antique condition with minor overall toning. Paper is a bit fragile. Centerfold map measures approximately 14.25 x 21 inches to the outer neatline. Florida map measures approx. 11 x 14 inches to the neatline and has a small stain on the right side. New Orleans map measures approx. 9.5 x 11 inches to the outer neatline. New Orleans map can be purchased separately for $100.
