Antique woodcut engraving showing a view of Boston from Mount Bowdoin in Dorchester, South of Boston. The view is looking north to the Boston skyline, as it was in 1872. Recent hand-coloring. Very good overall antique condition, 7 1/2" x 9". Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
