Hopkins & Co.'s 1874 Atlas of the County of Suffolk, Massachusetts. Vol. 1st, including Boston Proper. This map shows significant changes planned for South Boston, including the creation of the Waterfront District. The Back Bay fill project was not yet complete, as shown by the street grid over an area of water. Very good overall antique condition with mild toning and foxing, crease at center fold as issued. Measures approximately 15.5 x 24.5 inches (H x W) to the neatline.
