Fascinating color reproduction of a comparison map of Boston before the fill and after by the Heliotype Printing Company. Boston was originally known as the Shawmut Peninsula before the fill. The major of the landfill took place between 1630 - 1880. The print is 9 x 12 inches, then conservation matted and framed. Prints are also available unframed.
