Black and white antique working nautical chart of Buzzard's Bay and the waters surrounding Martha's Vineyard. This is a working chart produced by the U.S. Coast Survey, with additions to 1857. Includes bathymetric data, as well as information on lighthouses, tides and currents, with recognition profiles and significant coastal detail. This chart has been restored, cleaned, de-acidified and re-backed. Overall in good condition, spot upper right, also center right (mostly in margin), approx. 37.5 x 26.5 inches.
