Antique black & white engraving print by maker Robert Brown published in Countries of The World Vol. 3-4, shows a view of the ancient crumbled ruins of massive stone figurines constructed alongside the stone walls of former dwellings. These ruins (which were missattributed to the Inca) are actually evidence of a lost civilization which came before them known as the Tiwanaku people; about whom not much is known. Good condition, approximately 7.5" x 10" to the paper edges.
