Antique hand colored map of the Caribbean by Rapkin and Tallis, 1851. Surrounded by characteristic vignettes and decorated border. At some time in this map's life, color was added to the border and vignettes. Good to very good condition, with holes and tears at the bottom from the book binding and tight margin at the top and some of the decorative border near the title missing, approx. 10 x 13 inches to the outer edge of the decorative border.
