Antique double-sided sheet from Mitchell's 1884 New General Atlas. On one side is a map of the Canadian Maritimes with an inset of the City and Harbor of Halifax and on the other side is a map of the province of Ontario with an inset of the relatively newly formed Manitoba. Both maps are have original hand coloring and show political boundaries, cities, water bodies, as well as land features. This map is in very good antique condition with minor overall toning. Paper is a bit fragile. It measures approximately 13.5 x 10.5 inches to the outer neatline.
