Hand-colored antique coastal survey chart of the mouth of the Columbia River, Oregon, OR, and below, of Cape Disappointment, Washington, WA showing the proposed site for a lighthouse. Published by the US Coast Survey in 1851 under the superintendence of A.D. Bache. Very good antique condition with some tiny spots. Approx. 10 x 8 inches to neatline. Coloring is recent.
