Antique printed color map from "The Physical Atlas of Natural Phenomena" by Alexander Keith Johnston, published by William Blackwood and Sons in 1856. This highly detailed sheet features at least nine different maps, charts, and illustrations, including Plans of the Craters of Vesuvius and Etna, map of the Island of Teneriffe, Plan of Arthurs Seat, Plan of Graham Island, Plan of the Volcanoes of Pichincha and Antisana, and more. In very good antique condition with some very slight foxing and a tiny seam separation that was repaired with tape that may or may not be archival, this piece measures approximately 19.75 x 24 inches.
