Antique hand colored map of the city of Norwich, CT, from the Atlas of New London County, Connecticut, published by Beers, Ellis & Soule in 1868. Shows roads, railroads, cemeteries, public land, schools, churches, etc. Includes names of property owners of the time. Fair condition with some notable spots, folds as issued, mild wrinkling and creasing, and mild wear at the paper edges. A previous owner repaired some large tears with non-archival tape on the back of the map but it is not noticeable from the front. Approx. 38.5 x 26.5 inches to the neatline.
