Antique map from the Property Atlas of "Lower" Fairfield County Connecticut, Volume One, published by the Franklin Survey Company, 1938. This map shows part of Greenwich CT including Banksville, Round Hill, Stanwich, and the Coyners Manor. Includes roads, railroads, housing developments, and property owners names. Vibrant original color. Leather tab on left side of page could be removed or hidden for framing. Good antique condition with minor signs of age, such as small, mild stains, some minor damage at the paper edges. A previous owner put tape on the face of the map along the fold. Measures approx. 21 x 31 inches to the neatline.
