Antique map from the Property Atlas of "Lower" Fairfield County Connecticut, Volume One, published by the Franklin Survey Company, 1938. This map shows part of Stamford CT including Palmers Hill, Stamford Hall Company, and the Revere Company. Includes roads, railroads, housing developments, and some property owners names. Vibrant original color. Leather tab on left side of page could be removed or hidden for framing. Fair to good antique condition with minor signs of age, such as small, mild stains, some minor damage at the paper edges. Near full seam separation has been archivally repaired. A previous owner put tape on the face of the map along the fold. Measures approx. 21 x 31 inches to the neatline.
