Antique map from the Property Atlas of "Lower" Fairfield County Connecticut, Volume One, published by the Franklin Survey Company, 1938. This map shows part of New Canaan CT including Norwalk Reservoir, Huckleberry Hills, Sellecks Corner, Bradley Corner, New Canaan Country Club, Smith Ridge, Brushy Ridge Farms, etc. Includes roads, railroads, housing developments, and some property owners names. Vibrant original color. Leather tab on left side of page could be removed or hidden for framing. Fair antique condition with signs of age, such as small, mild stains, some damage and paper loss at the paper edges. A previous owner put tape on the face of the map along the fold. Complete seam separation has been archivally repaired. Measures approx. 21 x 31 inches to the neatline.
