Antique hand colored map of Maryland and Delaware, published by Johnson and Browning, 1861. Features a decorative border, as well as illustrated vignettes surrounding the map (General Post Office, Treasury Buildings, Patent Office, Harper's Ferry, and The Capitol Building.) Map includes railroads, common roads, canals, etc. Good to very good overall antique condition with toning throughout, some foxing/stains, and a repaired tear in the upper right. Measures approximately 12.5" x 16.75" to the outer edges of the decorative border.
