Antique hand-colored map of Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland. By Johnson and Ward, 1864. Shows railroads, common roads, and some topographical detail. Features three engraved illustrations showing the University of Virginia, Richmond (VA), and Fortress Monroe (VA). Fair to good condition with some overall toning of the antique paper, some foxing, as well as separation along the seam. Measures approximately 17.25" x 24" to the outer edge of the decorative border.
