High-quality hand-printed reproduction of an antique bird's eye view map of London, England, by William Maitland from 1738. With a key at the bottom labeling the buildings and roads of the city. This reproduction was made using a combination of modern technology and traditional methods, wherein an original is scanned, its likeness is digitally etched onto an engraving plate, then the plate is used to print the image in the traditional way, with a printing press. Approx. 19 x 34.5 inches to the printed image edge. Could be hand colored by our professional colorist for an additional cost. Also available colored and mounted on linen, see code REP407HC.
