Framed antique map of a development plan for part of Martha's Vineyard called Lagoon Heights in Oak Bluffs. Plan includes multiple parks, beach with bathing houses, and numbered land plots. There is light blue-gray printed color on each section of plots. Also includes two building vignettes and a view of the coast that is printed sideways. Framed with a neutral mat and a black frame. Map has a few indents and a few minor spots, but overall very good condition. Frame may have some minor imperfections. Approx. 33 x 41 framed.
