Antique black and white map of a portion of the eastern coast of Tierra del Fuego, the Le Maire Strait, and a portion of the western coast of Isla de los Estados. Map is in French, by Bellin, 1753. Includes a compass rose, illustrated topographical detail, and names of coastal cities. Visible plate mark. With folds, as issued. Very good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout, very mild foxing, and minor image overlay. Measures approximately 7.75" x 10.75" (H x W) to the neatline.
