With great detail of landforms and water bodies, cities, towns, and ports. Inset map is a continuation of the southern part of the Nile, where it becomes a dotted line, indicating the lack of knowledge of that area. The note says "The dotted part of the River is very little known." Very good overall antique condition, with mild toning and a few tiny spots. Measures approx. 11.5 x 14.5 inches to the neatline.
