Antique black and white engraved map of the Bread Street and Cordwainer Wards in London, England. By Cole, published in 1756. Features a decorative cartouche, compass rose, illustrations of parish churches, and two coats of arms. Map shows names of major streets, outline of city blocks, and points of interest. Visible plate mark. Very good overall antique condition with some mild toning and foxing, mainly at the outer edges. Caption below the map has some paper loss. Map measures approximately 9" x 14.25" (H x W) to the neatline.
