Includes a decorated cartouche, compass roses, coats of arms, illustrated ships sailing the seas, etc. At the sides of the map are portraits of the kings, showing the coats of arms, armor, etc. of the Anglo-Saxon Kingdoms. This map is sometimes called the Heptarchy Map. Simulated plate mark. Printed area measures approximately 18" x 22.5" (H x W) overall. Measured to the edges of the printed area. Paper may be larger but can be trimmed as needed.
