Antique black and white zoning map of Medford, Massachusetts, prepared under the direction of the planning board, 1925. Map is shaded to distinguish each area's district type, and includes names of streets, railroads, bodies of water, etc. With folds, as issued. Good to Very good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout, areas of minor but noticeable foxing/staining, and some mild seam separation at fold intersections. Map measures approximately 22" x 19.75" (H x W) to the neatline.
