This map is part of a multi-volume "Description of Egypt," comissioned by Napoleon, and published by Ambroise Tardieu, c. 1820. With fold, as issued. Visible plate mark. Very good overall antique condition with areas of very mild foxing. Measures approximately 7.5" x 11" to the neatline.
