This is the "Report of the Joint Board, consisting of the Metropolitan Park Commission and the State Board of Health, upon the Improvement of Charles River from the Line Between Watertown and Waltham to Mother Brook." Mother Brook connects to the Charles in Dedham, which means these maps show the River in the areas of Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley, Needham, and Newton, MA. Contains 2 antique maps, with report. Maps can be easily removed from the book for framing. Vibrant original color. Maps and book are in very good condition with some mild image transfer and folds as issued. Map 1 measures approx. 16 x 26 inches to the neatline. Map 2 measures approx. 14 x 34 inches to the neatline. Book measures approx. 9 x 6 inches.
