Fair to Good overall antique condition with mild toning and wrinkling throughout, areas of noticeable foxing (heavier outside of the neatline,) and some roughing/small tears at the outer edges of the paper. Map measures approximately 19.25" x 38.25" (H x W) to the neatline.
