Maker: Findlay.

Antique hand colored map of ancient England, Wales, and a small portion of southern Scotland, written in Latin. Includes the Isle of Man. Includes an inset map of the Cassiterides (the "Tin Islands"). Includes markings to show "places where Roman remains have been found." Very good condition with some mild toning/foxing of the antique paper. Published in Findlay's Classical Atlas of Ancient Geography, 1840. Measures approximately 10.5" x 8.5" to the neatline.
