Antique black and white map of partial Italy made in the style of the illustrated ancient Roman road map Tabula Peutingeriana (also called Peutinger's Tabula, or Peutinger Table/Tables) at 2/5 scale of the original. Shows the ancient Roman roads leading to Rome at the center, with illustrated buildings dotted throughout. Stylized to give the impression of worn and damaged paper edges in the printed image. Good to Very good antique condition with mild toning throughout, some staining/soiling outside the map which is visible within the caption, and some roughing and paper loss at the outer edges of the paper. Page measures 6.5" x 9.5" overall.
