Maker: Findlay.

Antique hand colored map of the ancient region of Gaul, (now mainly France) written in Latin. Includes a reference for the provinces of Gaul (Belgica, Lugdunensis, Aquitania, and Narbonensis.) Very good condition with some mild toning/foxing of the antique paper. Published in Findlay's Classical Atlas of Ancient Geography, 1840. Measures approximately 10.5" x 8.75" to the neatline. (Note: Map extends slightly past the neatlines at both sides.)
