Maker: Findlay.

Antique hand colored map of the ancient Persian Empire in the Middle East, which centers on Persia (modern day Iran), but also includes present-day Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Written in Latin. Shows some topographical detail. Good condition with some mild toning/foxing of the antique paper, as well as some very minor seam separation. Published in Findlay's Classical Atlas of Ancient Geography, 1840. Measures approximately 8.5" x 10.25" to the neatline.
