Genuine Antique Hand Colored Map

Maker: Findlay.

Antique hand colored map of the ancient Indian subcontinent surrounding the Bay of Bengal (mainly comprising present-day India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, and a portion of Malaysia.) Written in Latin. Shows some topographical detail. Good overall antique condition with some toning and foxing of the antique paper, as well as some mild seam separation which has been archivally repaired. Published in Findlay's Classical Atlas of Ancient Geography, 1840. Measures approximately 8.5" x 10.5" to the neatline.
