Antique print showing a view of Passamaquoddy Bay with Eastport, Maine visible in the distance. Published in American Scenery Volume 2, by George Virtue, 1839. Good to Very good overall antique condition with very mild toning of the paper and areas of foxing/soiling, heaviest along the outer edges of the paper. Page measures approximately 8.5" x 10.75" overall. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
