Includes the names of property owners at the time, bodies of water, schools, post offices, etc. Fair to Good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout and some water staining (mainly outside the neatline, with some going beyond.) Measures approximately 13.5" x 10.75" (H x W) to the neatline.
